Positive: The apartment was close to the subway. The neighbors were very quiet. The light in the bathroom did not work, we contacted the owner of the apartment and the master was called to us, he fixed everything.
Negative: Too big a deposit, for an apartment in a broken state! My husband and I work remotely, we came for work and silence was important for us, because we have a lot of calls and online meetings. It was impossible to open the windows in the apartment because they overlook a noisy square where people eat and dance. During the day, people gathered there and watched loud videos on their phones and laughed loudly. If you did not open the windows, then the apartment became dark and very hot. We were in August. The apartment has very creaky floors, it is a very old parquet. It was impossible to pass without creaking, especially at night, if you wanted to drink from the heat... There was a washing machine in the apartment, but there was no powder. There was nothing in the kitchen for cooking, I mean not even salt, potholders or napkins. Only one frying pan. There wasn't even a sponge to wash the dishes... In the kitchen, chairs were cracked at the table, we put a blanket, because it hurts to sit on cracked plastic...
Summary: Noisy place. You will not rest if you want peace and quiet
