Negative: There was not enough heating in the apartment. The owner had set the thermostat to only work certain hours. In the morning when we woke up the apartment was cold. Then we left for a tour of the city. Even if they warmed the house it was useless. My friend got sick with a fever. The toilet was very smelly. There is some problem with the drainage. The apartment is on the ground floor and this creates insecurity, because the windows are next to the street.
