Mullins Bay is a gated community which has 24/7 security, the property is just a stone’s throw from the world-famous Mullins Beach, one of the most gorgeous beaches on the west coast of Barbados, home to the very popular SeaShed Restaurant and Salt Bar. Each villa is air conditioned and has complimentary wifi throughout.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa makes for a peaceful haven during your Barbados holiday with enough space to enjoy the Barbados ambience of villa living on the island. Opt for our shopping service and have the kitchen fully stocked to your liking on arrival, or inquire about a private chef to prepare meals for you during your stay.
The kitchen and living spaces lead out onto the outdoor living and dining space with a barbecue which has direct access to the large communal pool. There is a spacious and comfortable bedroom on this level with a separate, large bathroom in the hallway.
The second level hosts 2 spacious bedrooms which each have their own ensuite and private terrace to enjoy the beach views, feel relaxed and recharged for the next day with a comfortable night’s sleep. The third level is home to the large master bedroom with a large ensuite and another private terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and bask in the gorgeous cotton candy sunsets.
Hotel style housekeeping is included 3 days per week - which the towels and bed linens will be changed, the housekeeper can also do your personal laundry at this time on request. Your stay also includes access to Royal Westmoreland Mullins Beach Club for sun loungers, umbrellas and beach towel daily.
It is a 5 minute drive to Speightstown and 10 minute drive to Holetown. There is also a communal pool that you can access. Please note there is no smoking in this villa, outdoors and indoors.

Summary: This is a beautiful villa in an amazing location. Having the pool outside our back gate and the beach just a short walk across the road with access to sun beds is fantastic. We will definitely be back for a third visit! I would however like to just stress my disappointment that on some days the pool was “out of action” for 2 hours during the hottest part of the day wasn’t great. The pool man was chlorinating it at this time. Would it be possible to do this when the pool is not most needed. Also as it often rains over night it may be a good idea to have awnings over the balconies as it’s nice to sit there in the mornings but everything is very wet. Sonia our cleaner was very thorough and pleasant but we were unsure of her duties as she was at the house for quite a long time and at some points I think she was just trying to “busying herself” Having said this we had a wonderful holiday at Mullins View.
