~ DIVINE DESERT LIVING ~
Our spacious and newly remodeled, 4 BR, 2 BA home, DESERET SUNSET, is located in a gated and upscale community. You'll love the backyard with its resort style amenities. A covered patio with dining furniture and comfortable seating choices overlooks the pool with optional heat. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. A built in umbrella table and benches allow you to sit in the water and stay cool on our warmest days.
Spend romantic evenings in the hot tub with that special someone. Your outdoor chef will enjoy preparing treats on the gas grill; a Solo wood burning fire pit keeps you toasty when the evenings are cool. This enchanting paradise is what dream vacations are made of.
The beautiful entrance welcomes you into our stylish and comfortable one story home. A pretty sitting room at the front of the home has an exercise bike with a large TV to watch while you pedal to imaginary destinations. An Xbox One gaming system offers hours of indoor competition and fun for all ages. The great room at the back of our home has a comfortable gathering area for watching TV, a breakfast table and a fully stocked and remodeled kitchen with new appliances. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. A dining room with table seating for 6 is perfect for more formal meals.
Large windows along the back of the home offer generous views of the backyard oasis and sliding doors permit direct access to the exciting outdoor amenities. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
~ DESERT DREAMS ~
The bedroom floor plan is split to provide privacy for all. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and newly remodeled en suite bath with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet and dual vanity sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and direct access to the primary bath which it shares with the primary suite. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and TV; Bedroom 4 has a king bed and TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. A hair dryer and soap are provided.
A dedicated and stocked laundry room has family size appliances for laundry tasks and a fridge for overflow food and beverages. The attached garage has space for 2 cars. Two bikes are available to tour the community and beyond.
NOTE: Owners have a small pet that sometimes stay at the home. Although all bedding is washed and home is thoroughly cleaned, guests who are sensitive to pets should beware.

ASU and Sky Harbor International Airport are a 20 minute drive. The modern freeway is easy to access and provides short commutes to Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert, the mountains and more.

The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
All TVs are smart TVs and not cable or satellite serviced.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
