Las Sendas is Phoenix's east valley premier master planned community resort in Mesa. The Las Sendas Golf Course is a world class golf course, and there are 7 courses within just a short drive. Also, 2 huge pools. The clubhouse pool is heated in the winter. Spas, lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, hiking and biking trails unending! Saguaro Lake is just 20 minutes away. Life here is all about being outdoors in the beautiful, untouched areas of the east valley. Sparkling city views and towering mountains surround Las Sendas, which is located in the premier area of the Desert Uplands. This area is specially designed to preserve the natural desert beauty, while enjoying all that nature has to offer. The 202 Red Mountain Freeway is less than a mile away, offering easy access to the other valley cities including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler and Glendale. Sky Harbor is just 20 minutes away, as are most of the Valley attractions. Williams Gateway Airport is just 10 min. away. The new Cub stadium is just 10 minutes away, and other spring training teams are all within easy traveling distance. Besides spring training and fabulous golf courses, there are so many other activities. Our Las Sendas jewel features soaring vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths as well as an open loft which has a daybed and offers two twin beds. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove, tile floors and an eat in area with bay windows and a bistro table that seats 4. There is also a sitting bar and a dining room that seats 6. The kitchen opens up to the family room and offers a great view of the backyard through the large sliding glass doors. There is also a private laundry room and 3 car garage. There is a desk in the loft for quick computer set up and wifi throughout the house. The large backyard features a built in BBQ, large shade tree, grass, playset and sand play area. An extra high block fence and mature trees add to the quiet and privacy of the backyard. Located on a cul de sac and in a gated community, our home is the perfect location for a wonderful and secluded get away, while offering the convenience of a big city. Within a 10 minute walk are great restaurants, sports bars, shopping, salons, banks, etc. Las Sendas is very large which can add drive time and make walking to the commercial area more difficult but not Las Sendas Jewel! This house is located in the first neighborhood, Silverhawk, giving it great access to the commercial areas as well as the freeway entrance. Easy 10 min. walk to breakfast, shopping, bars, dining, etc. There's plenty of free parking both at the residence and at area shops, restaurants and attractions.This is the uncrowded desert uplands of Mesa where you can see wildlife, enjoy a variety of trails without driving anywhere. Popular biking loop goes right by on McDowell Road.
