Luxury house with 180º cinematographic view to the sea. Located in a quiet corner and away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Ilhabela, on the other hand the house has the best infrastructure of the island: beach at 250 meters, historic center at 500 meters with bars, restaurants and shops. Positioned on the slope of the hill, with full view of the sea, in the middle of the woods, the house is surrounded by nature. Birds, trees, squirrels (cinglinges), are the neighbors.
Going north, it is 5 minutes walk to the Village (approx 500 m), with its historic center, restaurants, bars, shops, events, exhibitions, bookstore and services. Across the street, the Pindá Yacht Club and the Sea Club beach in the south. A few meters away, restaurants (Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, caiçara) and pizzerias. Marinas and school of Sailing BL3, with Kitesurf, Windsurf and Sailing, bars and esplanades on the beach. Car is not necessary during your stay.
The house has wonderful new pool with whirlpool, Jacuzzi and waterfall filtered waterfall shower. The pool has an expansive Ipé Deck with 180 degree panoramic ocean views. There are several Silas de Chillax to relax on the deck.
The house has ample lounge to relax the practice of yoga and other activities, social area, In each corner of the property you can enjoy the privileged view of the sea and the Atlantic Forest.
