Spend your days skiing, golfing, hiking, or mountain biking, and your evenings unwinding in the private hot tub on your covered patio. This two-story home sits less than four miles south of the town of Granby, and even closer to the lifts and ski slopes of Granby Ranch (just over two miles east). It's a place for year-round adventure, with Winter Park Resort, Rocky Mountain National Park, Lake Granby, and Grand Lake all within a 20-mile drive.
No matter the outdoor adventures you choose, you'll be greeted back at home each day by wonderful outdoor spaces. Spend summer evenings dining alfresco on the back deck and winter nights warming up in the hot tub as the snow falls all around you.
The house was designed to accommodate a large family, offering such thoughtful touches as gear cubbies by the door, generous seating, and an open living space that encourages easy gathering with a memorable view. Stream movies by the gas fireplace, play board games at one of the two dining tables and prepare family meals in the polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including double ovens and a French-door fridge) and a beautiful stone island.
Retreat downstairs in the evenings to find a rec room with a foosball table, a basketball hoop-shoot, and another TV for movie nights. When it's time to turn in, choose between five bedrooms - three on the lower level and two upstairs. Four of the bedrooms have TVs, including a primary suite with a jetted bathtub.
