Las Charcas is part of Santiago and is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from the iconic landmark "El Monumento" at the center of Santiago (Corazon city).
Guest will have access to the entire property: both levels of the house, the front and back yards.
Our villa is the perfect spot for nature enthusiasts seeking a private oasis. Follow the 400-meter off-road trail from the main road to our expansive outdoor living area, featuring a 100-inch screen with an HD projector, pool table, outdoor kitchen, bar, Tiki bar, pool with integrated spa (piscusy), BBQ grill, and two bathrooms. You won't even need to step inside the house!
However, if you do need to use the kitchen, rest assured we have all the essentials: a sink, stove/oven, fridge, and a stackable washer and dryer. Plus, we've got bed linens, towels, kitchenware, and Wi-Fi covered.

The first floor focuses on outdoor living, boasting a large lounge area for 50+ people, a gazebo with a pool table, bar, Tiki bar, pool, outdoor kitchen, walk-around balcony, and two bathrooms with showers. Inside on the first floor, there's a living room and a spacious kitchen with a passthrough window to the outdoor area. The second floor features an open family room with a screened-in porch, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. It sounds like paradise, right?
We also offer extra services that can be included with your home rental or booked separately.
