There is a small secluded fenced off courtyard/garden area downstairs.
This apartment has all the modern conveniences-balcony with amazing views, lounge with LCD TV, DVD, audio and sound system, reverse cycle air-conditioning , heating, and fireplace. Full kitchen with stove hob and 2 BBQ hotplates ,oven, microwave, full fridge ( new) , 1/2 dishwasher ( new ) , toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery ,pots and pans, espresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a washer, clothes dryer, and hair dryer. There is an iron and ironing board in the bedroom cupboard downstairs.

It is only 25 minutes drive to the world renown Peninsula Hot Springs where you can spend a day at this world class outdoor collection of natural hot springs and get pampered with massages, treatments, saunas or dip and dine there.
Mornington Peninsula is particularly famous for its wineries and fine dining, secluded beaches, as well as Arthur's Seat look-out and Chair Lift ( for a spectacular view), mazes and horse riding along the beaches, Moonlit Sanctuary in Pearcedale, Phillip Island penguins, surfing at Gunnamatta or other back beaches, and the coastal attractions of Portsea and Sorrento.
