Positive: The room was very spacious, and the host was super friendly. The whole place felt very comfortable! Thank you!
Negative: When we drove there for check-in, we didn’t have a Japanese phone number, so it would be helpful if the check-in contact number could include the Japan country code. We tried calling from outside but ended up waiting for about 30 minutes and got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes. Maybe next time, it would help to also check online messages in case guests have trouble reaching you by phone.
