Casa Helena is a beautiful spacious family friendly four double bedroom villa . It is well appointed , tastefully and comfortably furnished , authentically decorated with moorish / Ibizan influences . Set in a scenic green space within a 20 minute walk to moraira and the beaches . The pretty private pool is slightly elevated and gated providing peace of mind for parents with toddlers . It is the perfect venue for a multi generational family holiday ( sleeps 8 people in beds + 2 cots available for babies under 2 ) a total of 10 . Set in spacious gardens on several levels , great if you like your own space now and again . The private swimming pool is easily accessible with roman steps entering into a very shallow end which can be can floodlit at night . The comfy accommodation is laid out over 2 floors , the upper floor has 3 double bedrooms , a lovely spacious master ( ensuite) bedroom with a large feature window with lovely views towards Moraira over the hills , a family bathroom serves the other two pretty double bedrooms ( there are Aircon units installed in each bedroom ) there is a spacious open plan lounge with a lovely imposing Ibiza style feature fire place and patio doors that open onto the open terrace with scenic views towards moraira and the sea .A well equipped modern kitchen and authentic dining area leads to a large Ibizan style outside covered seating area with natural stone terraces .The pool is slightly elevated from this level with 4 steps and is gated for extra security , ideal for toddlers . On the lower level there is a separate self contained 1 double bedroom apartment ( the apartment is included in the rental ) with an ensuite shower room , a characterful authentic open plan lounge kitchen dining area with natural stone features , a TV , a large covered terrace with comfy seating and dining table and a secluded private garden . At mid level there is a well equipped outdoor summer kitchen seating 10 comfortably for family dining and socialising ( note there are also 2 high chairs ) on this level there are sunbathing terraces with shade sails , BBQ / Paella station and table tennis table .
The villa is private and not overlooked . It is decked out stylishly and comfortably with great outdoor seating areas, sun beds with cushions , umbrellas, shade sails , a lovely outdoor summer kitchen , gas BBQ / PLANCHA and Paella station ( paella making equipment included ) with the added bonus of a table tennis table .
The gardens and gated pool are peaceful , solar lights light up the garden at night, as well as spectacular views from all around the villa and ocean glimpses from up on the roof terrace . Situated only a short 20 minute walk down to the beach and Moraira town centre. There is parking on the driveway for 2 guest cars . High speed fibre optic internet with an international tv package with Freeview, sports , films , news and much more in English and several other languages as well as Spanish tv . There is a chromecast for streaming Netflix etc .
NOTE …… The villa holds a tourist license for a maximum no of 8 guests plus 2 babies under 2 years old sleeping in cots . Temporary beds or put up beds for extra people are not permitted . The tourist licence , Fire regulations and insurance do not permit extra guests . The villa manager has the right to check on the number of guests staying at any time . All guests must be registered at check in . The booking form must be filled in showing each guests date of birth and gender.
NOTE ..... There is a CLEANING / change over CHARGE of €250 to be paid to the cleaner in cash
At the end of your stay . This includes the linen and towels . Pool towels are available but must be washed before departure by the guests .
