Old style beach shack perfect for lazy summer days, 8 min walk to cafes/beach in quiet street. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 in the house & a sleepout, sleeping 7 people (2xQueen, 1xSngl, 1xDbl bunk). The sleepout (1xQueen) has access to the 2nd bathroom/laundry outside. There's wifi, 2 TVs, AppleTV, Chromecast, bluetooth speaker & push bikes. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans & utensils. No dishwasher, there are fans (no a/c) in all rooms, plus seabreazes. The house has stairs and is not suitable for disable or infirm people. Pets allowed in the yard, not on the furniture inside or outside or in the bathrooms
