The light-flooded holiday home Forma Nou is located just outside the coastal town of Es Canutells in a peaceful location and can accommodate 10 people. Summary: Pros: The house was very clean when we arrived, and had everything we could want. The pool was huge, and warm. The spa pool was a nice touch. The diving board an added extra. Pool towels provided, well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was a necessary addition as we had the most fabulous weather. Paco is very friendly and came to help with a few problems. We were a party of 9 (6 adults, 3 children) and we all had a great holiday. A folder with instructions showing how to make things work (ie pool lights, patio lights, TVs, etc) along with information about local attractions (nearest supermarket, water park, beaches) would have been very useful. Would love to visit this property again one day. Cons: Paying so much for this Villas, disappointed that a few things (garden lights, pool lights, built-in coffee machine, freezer in kitchen [there was a back-up in the garage], upstairs TV] did not work, but none of these really detracted from our holiday enjoyment. We did report all of these things during our stay.
