Amazing and modern 2 bedroom townhome that is close to downtown and central Austin as well as near Mueller. This home is located on on a quiet and private culdesac street. Easy uber rides to both downtown and UT and Domain area, farmers markets, trails and the Lake Park at Mueller. Tons of local coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Home also includes new peloton bike.

Summary: While the location of the house was exactly as described (located on a quiet and private cul-de-sac that was close to downtown and central Austin as well as near Mueller Park) the interior description was much less accurate. There were light switches that served no apparent function, a ceiling mounted fan and light combination was not functional, there was absolutely no Hot Tub to be found on the property, the included Peloton bike did not have a power cord and so was unusable, and the downstairs bedroom had no usable closet or dresser for clothes storage. Also, while the pictures of the outdoor space depicted a serene and inviting relaxation area, the truth was that the table and chairs were strewn about and dirty, while one side or the area was used to house the owner’s gardening equipment and old bed frames. Not at all inviting or relaxing. Our overall impression of the property was that the owner was in a rush to rent it but hadn’t quite finished getting it ready for guests. When we initially checked in there were no towels. When we called the owner, he suggested we look in the dryer where we found towels that were washed but still damp. All of the owner’s instructions for his guests were in a sparsely worded email to us; there was no “guest book” with more details about the house and area attractions – something we were accustomed to in previous VRBO stays.
