Summary: Pros: property managers were VERY kind, let us check in early, and communicated very well! You can tell they really put a lot of thought into their property to make it comfortable and homey. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. They left us plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, paper towels, and even laundry soap. The number of beds and bedrooms is PERFECT for a large group to be comfortable. The water pressure and temperature of the showers were amazing!! It smelled VERY clean when we walked in. Cons: Listed as “Newly Remodeled” but there is still A LOT of work to be done. Several spots in the floor felt like the floor may give out, the floor in the shower looks pretty bad, there is a kitchen drawer that won’t even open because of the trim nearby, etc. I’m sure it’s a work in progress. The large master and master bath seem to be the previous garage because the heat does not make it into that area. So if you stay in the winter months, it stays VERY cold in that room and bathroom. There was also no bath mats in the bathrooms to step out onto out of the shower. There is room for 9 people to sleep, but the living area only has one couch and one loveseat. So it makes it hard to gather in the living area comfortably as a family to fellowship. The TV in the back bedroom would not turn on, but that wasn’t a huge deal to us. The washing machine needs a good cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would recommend it to any hunting group over a hotel.
