Positive: The space compared to going to a hotel. Having the option of cooking. The beds were comfy and the facilities were modern.
Negative: The post code took us to a house on the opposite side of the road. The rooms could be more clearly signed. The balcony and the furniture on it was not inviting. There weren't any batteries in one of the TV controls.
