This rental at 1302 Emerson Avenue has been designed so you can unwind and enjoy your stay: private back yard, deck and patio, grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. Then when you're tired from an amazing day, get a good night's sleep in the King en suite, or the 2nd bedroom with the pyramid bunk bed (queen on bottom, XL twin on top), or crash on the Full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your family's company in the fully open-concept living space with high-end kitchen, or relax quietly in the enclosed front porch. Dogs under 30 pounds are welcome with a $175 pet fee and must be in a crate when left alone. A $175 cleaning fee will be charged for stays less than 7 nights.
