Situated in the perfect location in downtown Brunswick, you have just a 2-3 minute drive to all the best restaurants, boutique shopping, distilleries and breweries. This home is also a quick 10 minute drive to the beaches of St. Simons and about 15 minutes to the beaches on Jekyll Island.
Inside the home you have a small kitchen that includes a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, and burner for cooking. It's also stocked with plates, cutlery and glasses for your use. The living area has a comfortable couch, smart TV for streaming and plenty of space to relax.
