Positive: I really liked that the host checked in and that the house was so easy to get access to upon check in.
Negative: The yard had not been mowed and since we had a elderly family member with us it made it difficult to walk down to the lake from the house. The landscaping had not been trimmed back and it made using the circle drive more complicated as it scratched up your car over by the carport area.
