Guest agrees to fully abide by all terms of The House Rules specified below:
~ To prevent delays in entering the property by others should the arrival of the booking guest be interrupted, the booking guest must send a list of guests authorized to receive the key code in advance. In any situation, hosts will not send the key code allowing entry into the property to anyone who has not been authorized by name in advance by the booking guest.
~ Every adult (18+) that is on the reservation, must provide the host with a copy of their driver license
~Your reservation should specify the total number of adults and the total number of children.
~ Parking will be permitted only in the space assigned to you in the check-in
instructions you will receive on the day of your arrival. No large trucks or large commercial vehicles may park in the driveway.
~ No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house. Guests may smoke only outside on the back porch. Violation triggers a minimum $150 fine. Smokers must clean up after themselves, so no cigarette butts or packaging may be left on the ground or on the surrounding areas. Every cigarette butt found in the patio area after check out is a $20 fee per cigarette butt.
~ Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted. If police are called by neighbors, our good standing with the city gets negatively impacted. Guest agrees to pay Host a $1000 fine if police are called due to excessive noise, littering or discourteous behavior with the neighbors.
~If we find additional unregistered guests staying or visiting without notifying the host for clearance first before 5 pm on check-in day, it will result in a $20 inconvenience fee per day of reservation plus the fees that should have been acquired for the additional guests and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund, penalty-free, to host, based on violating Airbnb & Host policies.
~Quiet time is 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. If you disturb any neighbors during this quiet time you will be fined up to $800 per host discretion and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund, penalty-free to host based on a violating & Host policies.
~All items provided in the unit are for your enjoyment, but those items must remain in good, clean, working condition.
~Repair costs incurred due to damage to property or furnishings will be fully paid by guest.
~Shut the doors after checking out with all provided items inside. If items are not in the home at check out you will be charged the full price plus a $20 inconvenience fee for missing items.
~Please be respectful of the neighbors.
~Marijuana is not allowed inside. No Blunts or Tobacco inside, those carry a minimum $150 fine for additional cleaning and repainting if need be, to deodorize the smell of tobacco, per host discretion.
~When booking with us, the Guest agrees to forfeit the right to leave a review if there is any violation of any of our house rules or manual.
~Normal Self check-in time is 5 P.M. to 12 A.M. Check-out is no later than 10 A.M. unless confirmed for early check-in/late check-out at least 24hrs in advance.
~Flexible Check-in Option: We understand travel plans can vary, so we offer flexible check-in options to accommodate your schedule:
Check-in between 1 PM and standard check-in time: $25 per hour.
Check-in before 1 PM: Pay the previous night's rate.
Please note that early check-in or late check-out requests are not guaranteed at the hourly rate (25$ per hour), as it depends on the cleaner finishing early on check-in day. For a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to pay the previous night's rate.
~Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins are $25 per hour.
~If there is a party held in the house, we have the right to charge up to $1000 per our discretion. NO PARTIES! If you are found having a party, the reservation may be canceled and no refund will be given.
~Keep all communication through the APP of the booking platform - our staff monitors our messages during normal business hours and into the evening to RESPOND faster than by phone. For security reasons, we DO NOT give out any passcodes or personal information via phone or text; ONLY via the messaging app of the booking platform.
~ If approached by a neighbor within the neighborhood, you agree to not disclose any booking information, your personal information, or invite them over to the property without host's approval. Please simply tell them to contact Lilly if they have any questions.
~We have the right to charge up to $1000 if information about the your reservation gets released. This includes booking platform information, check out/ check in time, passcodes to the house, or booking links.
