Looking for nightlife? The Urban/Suburban Mix is a great opportunity to hang with the locals; while offering a welcoming environment for newcomers. Walking and biking more your speed? The area has easy access to multiple downtown tours, hiking areas(Tumamoc Hill), and walking/biking trails. Just need a place to unwind? This home offers a fully equipped kitchen, with all-new appliances, and tools for prepping your favorite meal. Your stay includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and your own tv/study/living room area. Included in your space are a dresser, pillow top queen mattress, tub/shower, and 60" tv. You will be given access to cable/streaming apps and wifi at no additional charge. Laundry services are available on-site. Washer/Dryer -Steam and sanitizer units. Backyard Salt water pool/jacuzzi-Grill, bar, cozy furniture, and outdoor games. I love my quiet desert oasis and would love to share it with you!
