Explore nearby off-road UTV/ATV and snowmobile trails, or tee off at local golf courses. With shopping, dining, groceries, and ice cream shops close by, every need is catered to. Wind down your days with cozy bonfires or gather for entertainment in our gameroom, creating unforgettable memories. Plenty of parking for trailers and vehicles. Use our 6 bicycles to explore the neighborhood and ride along the lake. 2 kayaks are also available, for your use.

Summary: This was our first family getaway and the Hendershott House blew it out of the water! The house was so welcoming we knew we were on vacation as soon as we opened the door. It literally had everything you could think of and the only thing we needed to get was food! My kids loved hanging out in the gaming room with the garage opened! We walked every night to the end of the road and they went in the water to splash around. The first part is rocky so I would recommend water shoes (both kids cut up their feet the first time). It was wonderful to watch the sunset! <3 the drive to Higgins Lake South State Park was only 20 minutes and it's situated right in between many restaurants and shops! Be sure to check out their welcome book to see what all other guests left as recommendations to do! Thank you Melissa for opening your home to our family!
