Positive: I liked the property was close to my work i was there during a winter storm. And my car was safe in the parking garage
Negative: The apartment was beat up with a lot of visible ware and tear on the walls. the fans in the common areas didnt work and outside if the building there was alot of bums wondering around. luckily my car was parked safe in the garage.
Summary: it was convenient for how close it was to my work.
