Brand new home in Arundel. 15 minute drive to Mont-Tremblant and 22 min to Mont-Tremblant ski resort. Come relax in the freshly built, 3 bedrooms home that can host up to 6 guests. Everything thing you need to enjoy yourself. Heated floors on the entire main floor, gas burning fireplace, 2 full bathrooms, work from home desk, and a big mudroom to fit all your activity gear. Located right across from the Arundel Golf course and minutes away from the Aerobic corridor for cross country skiing.
The space
Unwind in a country setting located across from a century old golf course, that also serves as a cross country ski circuit in the winter. The home is newly built and designed for its exterior to blend into the farmlands surroundings. Its interior is a balanced fusion of modern farmhouse with a Scandinavian feel. It's no step access makes getting in and out of the home easy for anyone. The main floor has heated flooring throughout and 9 foot ceilings.
A 3 car parking lot is joined to the home by a gravel walkway to the entrance, giving access to the long mudroom and main living space. The main living space offers many windows and a wide patio door that surround the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The kitchen has a peninsula counter for guests to gather around with friends and family. Fully stocked with everything one needs in a kitchen, you can enjoy cooking in an open space with brand new appliances.
Enjoy a meal or a board game at the dining room table that is central to the living space and has views on the fireplace and surrounding windows looking out to the golf course.
Relax by the gas fireplace after a day outside, after dinner socializing, or relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the TV. Sofa, chairs, and a Smart Tv adorn the area.
An alcove leads to the master bedroom and walk-in closet on the left hand side and full bathroom/laundry room on the right hand side. The bedroom has a big window looking out to a field, and is styled to relax. With a king size bed with luxury hotel linens, floor to ceiling curtains, and hypoallergenic bedding. The main bathroom includes a shower/bathtub, double vanity, and full size washer and dryer with built-in cabinetry surrounding them.
An oak staircase leads you up to the second floor where you will find a bedroom on the left that is fitted with a queen size bed and a work space. In between the bedrooms, there is a full bathroom that includes a shower/bathtub and a single vanity. To the right hand of the stairs is located the last bedroom that has two single beds.
The front porch has a post and beam roof over the entire facade. In the backyard there is a concrete patio that is located right off the kitchen. There is a propane BBQ that is at your disposal
