With room for up to 16 guests, our six-bedroom, four-bathroom home boasts an unparalleled level of sophistication and luxury.
Four spacious bedrooms are outfitted with king-size beds, one bedroom features two twin beds, and one bedroom serves as a bunkroom with four queen-size beds. Each bedroom feels like a private getaway, styled with designer furnishings, high-thread count Egyptian cotton linens, and ergonomic mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. The primary ensuite bathroom is your own private spa, with a wetroom featuring a rainfall shower head and a soaking tub to relax in after a long day on the beach.
The heart of the home is the gourmet chef-style kitchen, where professional-grade appliances, including a movie theater-style popcorn maker, and luxury finishes come together to create a culinary experience like no other. The kitchen is fully equipped for sharing home-cooked meals or inviting a private chef.
The custom dining table seats 10, and an oversized peninsula with countertop seating seats an additional 6, making it the perfect space for hosting intimate dinners or large family gatherings while taking in beautiful ocean views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Summary: This house and location was exactly what we were looking for. My extended family enjoyed the house and it was a perfect accommodation for the 16 of us. Everyone had plenty of room without having to use a sofa bed like many other houses. The only thing that wasn’t working was the elevator and the host communicated well with us regarding that. Short walk to a beautiful beach and close drive to attractions in Destin.
