Positive: The facilities are really nice, it's a gated property, the response time to questions are fast. The apartment has enough room for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, huge tv in the living room and another in the large room (no tv in the small room), air conditioning in each room, internet service, 2 sofas and it was very clean and well lit. When I come back to Guadalajara I will review availability at this property.
Negative: The security employees could improve their training, they had some issues because at least two times when I was driving back the employees had to correct my information because the previous employee did not capture my information properly. The water temperature at the shower although it's good it takes some time to get to the right temperature. It was raining and the water came in through the window of the small room. Other than that it was all great.
