Primarily natural materials have been used. So many interior walls with clay plaster are provided, which provides an excellent indoor climate. The apartment itself is decorated in a modern country style. The cozy living / dining area with fireplace is the center of the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining table load directly to a boil. A spacious bathroom with floor-level rain shower and bath complete the offer. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and in the living / dining room and in the loft with air conditioning. To loft leads a solid but somewhat steep stairs. The large area in the loft is ideal for children to play.
