The Large 2 bedroom is located steps away on the second floor and offers a spacious living area (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed), full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a massive brand-new walk out deck off the living room with gas BBQ in the 2-bedroom unit + 1 bedroom private guesthouse with its own gas BBQ kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living / dining areas plus full covered roof top deck on the roof of the guest house.
The entire property has been fully renovated throughout. The unit has brand new modern furnishings including a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen bed in the other bedroom, 70" smart TV’s in the living room and a 65" TV’s in the master bedrooms both fully equipped with the newest Amazon Fire sticks with access to all your favorite programming, new major appliances, full size gas stove, full size double door fridge , fully appointed kitchen, wireless fiber internet and triple filtered water faucet on the kitchen counter.
We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26" and 29" bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us.
Centrally located steps from the Carretera and all major busses right at the front door making your stay that much easier to enjoy the entire lakeside area. Parking options are safe /secure street parking right at the front door.
The house is equipped with the latest and best whole house water filtration system providing the cleanest and safest water which includes water softener filter, charcoal filter, sediment filter, salt filter ultraviolet light filter combined with the same smaller system in each kitchen giving you the best water available.
