This 1980's property in a quiet and friendly mining village has been recently refurbished to a high standard to accommodate our guests!

Consists of 2 bright and airy double bedrooms (1 with a dressing room) and a level access shower/toilet with heated flooring.
Downstairs:
1 double bedroom with desk looking on to the traditional mining cottages opposite
Open plan newly fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, hob, quooker boil tap, cutlery and crockery) ideal for entertaining family or friends *you will find some games in the kitchen cupboard to help yourselves to.
Conservatory style living area, lovely for relaxing with large roof windows, entertainment/media wall (access to use of PS4 and Netflix) and backing onto the garden area *air conditioned/heated
