Come relax in a (non smoking) Lux 2 bedroom 1 Bath centrally located. Close to Tucson Medical Center and minutes from University of Arizona & Downtown. 20 minutes from the Airport. This is an ideal place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The perfect retreat from a long day at the Tucson Gem Show or Bike riding Mt Lemmon.
The space
The entire property is a smoke free enviroment. That means no smoking inside or outside the property.
This 2 bedroom, one bath solid brick home has alot to offer, it features an open floor plan, laptop work space and 4.1 surround sound. It's the perfect size for a solo traveler, a couple, family or small group of friends.
The kitchen has all stainless appliances and is equipped for easy meal preparation.
You will find the memory foam queen and full size beds to be soft and comfortable!
Tea and coffee are provided for your enjoyment.

Summary: Very nice condo, clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable. Close by to the Gem Show venues, restaurants and shopping. Construction on Grant road slowed down traffic most mornings and evenings. Outside light did not work (except one night) so walking into the condo required cellphone light. Neighbor behind patio played loud music several nights past 10 PM.
