With beachfront and private deck this modern, waterfront property is the perfect getaway close to the city!
Situated only 30 minutes between Halifax and Peggy's Cove, this location is ideal for friends or couples that want to explore the area or have a romantic weekend while staying in a beautiful, newly constructed home. The home is on a bay of the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy your morning coffee on your private back deck, spend your afternoon kayaking around the bay, and your evening cozied up by the firepit.
About the Space:
This home is divided into two volumes. The open concept living and dining room is a double height space which provides amazing light and private water views. Cozy up around the indoor fireplace. Two bedrooms and double vanity bathroom complete the second volume.
Backyard consists of a deck with outdoor dining and lounging. Propane fire pit and string lighting provide evening ambiance. The beachfront is just 30ft from the deck, down sloped ground.
Guests can use the 4 kayaks available (shared with neighboring property when occupied).
Enough parking for 2 vehicles. Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking permitted on the property.
