A spacious vacation rental in the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea. This newly renovated home is perfect for groups of up to eight people, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a den with a 2 queen sleeper sofa.
Located just two miles from the beach, this property is the perfect home base for a beach vacation. The house has a private HEATED! pool, patio, and outdoor dining area, as well as a gas BBQ grill for al fresco meals. You'll also have access to Pink Park, a nearby playground with swings and walking trails, all within easy walking distance from the house.
Inside, the house has been freshly updated with new appliances and features a laundry room for your convenience. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for relaxing with friends and family, and the den provides an additional space to spread out and relax.
At Mag Beach Rentals, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience for all our guests. As such, we have implemented specific house rules to ensure a pleasant stay, including a no-smoking policy inside the house and a designated area for smoking outdoors.
Pets are welcome for no additional fee, but we ask that they stay off the furniture and beds and that any pet feces are disposed of properly. Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

House Rules are simple and they are as follows:
1. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.
2. No parties or events are allowed on the property.
3. No additional guests beyond those specified in the reservation are allowed on the property.
4. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
5. No pets are allowed on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
6. The property must be left clean and tidy upon departure. Please dispose of all trash and recycle appropriately.
7. The guest will be responsible for damaging the property beyond normal wear and tear.
8. The guest is responsible for their personal property and belongings. The owner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
9. Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Late check-out or check-in may be available upon request for an additional $150, subject to availability.
10. The guest agrees to follow all local laws and ordinances while staying on the property.
