On the upper level you will find the spacious master bedroom with large ensuite and three further bedrooms sharing yet another bathroom.

• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Smoking or vapinginside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
• On Tuesday nights, pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip on TUESDAY night for weekly rubbish collection. * Please place bins 50 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
* Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
* Remember return the house key in the lock box at check-out.
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges of $20 - 70 per hour fee applied.
* Parking is on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house.
* Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.

Summary: We, sadly had a fairly sub-optimal experience at this property. On arrival, the lockbox didn't work which caused our young family fresh from a long flight to have to wait out in the cold while we figured out how to get into the house. We discovered that the 6th bedroom of this property is actually a dining room with a bed in it, and a curtain separating it from the living room. So no door on the 6th bedroom, and not really a bedroom at all. We found theproperty was not well-cleaned or well-furnished. And since there is a big for-sale sign in front, it's clear that they are not investing in the property but hoping to make a little money until they can sell it. We found mold in nearly all of the coffee cups, defective central heating, not enough towels for our guests, and no hand towels or wash cloths. I let the host know of the suboptimal condition of the property and they let me know they would send someone over to clean it, but never did. It's a nice house, but just not being well-looked after or well appointed for guests to stay there.
