Spend a relaxing weekend (or longer) at a brand new property located in Sunland Estates.
This designer 2 bedroom mid-century modern home features two large decks (one fully covered in the front and one open to the sun in the back). The spacious living room and kitchen have a high vaulted ceiling with lots of windows which offer great views of the surrounding hills on all sides. The entertainment center includes WIFI and large screen TV. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with quartz countertops and slate steel appliances and the bathroom features a large walk-in shower.
The property is located on a secluded dead in street only 3 doors down from the store and 3 blocks away from the community park with access to the Columbia River.
Sunland Estates is only a few minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater concert venue, Frenchman Coulee hiking and climbing area and multiple horse trails. It's also a great location for launching wine tasting excursions to the many wineries in the area.

Summary: We had an excellent stay! The owner was very flexible with last-minute changes and accommodating a late check-in. The location is great, and the property was very clean with well-thought-out extra touches that made the stay even better. The only suggestion I have is to provide a few more garbage bags, but honestly, that’s a minor detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!
