Fire Alarm Safety: Smoking is strictly prohibited to avoid triggering the fire alarm. Penalties will be enforced for violations.
Environmental Responsibility: Help us conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment.

Items Left Behind: Items left on the property will incur a $50 handling fee plus postage for shipping.
Key Responsibility: Keep your key or swipe card safe. A replacement fee of $500 will be charged if lost.
Weekly Inspection: For stays longer than seven days, we require access for a weekly inspection to maintain the property’s condition.
Please note: By completing this reservation you agree that:
You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
