There is a 65” flat-screen Streaming HD TV and 3 closets for your convenience. Play any way you want, how you want in the only private, safe, clean, and super-exclusive custom Playroom in Las Vegas. Behind the Red Door ❤️🖤 is an exclusive, custom-designed private Playroom for adults with an Opulent LED-backlit Bed, Swing, and Wedge Couch. Deep-cleaned, disinfected, and with all amenities provided to make your stay fun, hedonistically pleasurable, and safe. Guests have private use of the fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with Stripper Pole and 75” flat-screen Streaming HD TV with Surround Sound that has casting capabilities. There is also a second full bathroom with bathtub for Guests' use. Host is available 24/7 by email, text, and phone for Guest assistance. You can party and play all you want, but the following house rules must be obeyed:
- No more than 2 Guests are allowed unless Management approves a special request. Please inquire.
- Photography and videoing by Guests are allowed, but for private use only. Commercial use please inquire.
- There is no vaping, smoking, or drug use of any kind allowed in the apartment, but feel free to go outside. This is Vegas, but be mindful. There is a $500 fine automatically added to your stay for any violation.
- The Playroom and the entire apartment are kept in pristine and ultraclean condition at all times, and Guests are also expected to. If any damage is detected, a $500-1000 fine will be automatically added to your stay for any violation.
- Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless: Use of the Playroom is at the discretion and risk by the Guests. Any injuries to a Guest due to incorrect use of the provided equipment is at their own risk. By booking Max’s Playroom, Guests agree to assume all risks from injury and hold harmless the Host for any injuries, damage, or losses. Host Protection policy applies to indemnify the Host of any liability from Guests' use.
