Summary: Casa Matidia was a real surprise for us. A wonderful surprise. The photographs on VRBO don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful, magnificently furnished, and equipped with everything you might need. Stefano and his family were present at our arrival and welcomed us warmly, providing a much-appreciated welcome pack. Moreover, there were already bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated given the heat. Stefano and his family were always available for any needs and gave us advice on places to visit or where to eat. I can say that they made us feel like part of their family. Great house in a safe, quiet location but a car is highly recommended.
