Summary: This is a beautiful home with more than enough space for our party of eight adults. Overall the property is clean, just need a little more attention to details on some surfaces and dust everywhere at every cleaning, as well as pull out the leather couch in the living room to sweep. The kitchen is fully equipped with more than enough utensils, pots, pans...You name it.. The refrigerator was not working properly, and within our first night of check in the ice cream melted. There was a maintenance ticket prior to our arrival and I was disappointed this was not resolved before our stay. Communication with VACASA is a 5 out of 5. Send a text and you will receive a response in minutes. The carpet is worn and needs to be replaced. In spite of the deficiencies our family all agreed this is a property we would consider for a 2nd vacation. Hopefully the refrigerator is replaced before the next renter arrives.
