Positive: This home has everything that you could ask for and more, and the air-conditioning kept the house at a really comfortable temperature. The themed rooms are really cute if you have children and the adult rooms are perfect with en-suite to both, comfy beds. We used the huge washing machine and tumble dryer alot and handy not to have any washing to do when you get home. Although it is a 40 minute drive from theme parks, there is plenty of places around the property to explore, local walmart aldi and publix so close by. The property does have a bbq but we did not use this due to the weather being so hot and the pool was a welcome relief any time of day. All in all we loved it thank you so much.
Negative: In previous properties we have stayed there was a go to folder with information about the area useful numbers to call, information about local things to do, check out day etc this would be very beneficial. Also staff need to be sure of the information they are giving you as we had a bit of a run around when the main gate code stopped working on our first day and also telling us there was a community dumpster on site for rubbish on the last day but as we found out there is definately not.
