Summary: Schönes Haus in toller Lage, eingezäuntes Gelände gut geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Bei Ankunft am 23.04 waren es im Haus 14 Grad ( innen ) es hat ewig gedauert bis es innen 17-18 Grad hatte. Der Kamin darf von Mietern nicht genutzt werden. Für 7 Tage wurden dann 120 EURO ! für die Gasheizung verlangt, obwohl nur das Wohnzimmer und das Bad von mir geheizt wurden. Zum Mietpreis sollte man daher mindestens nochmal 25 % Aufschlag für die Heizung einkalkulieren.
