NuLu is a highly walkable neighborhood with bike lanes, public transportation, rideshare services, and scooters for rent. We’re about a 10-minute drive to Louisville's airport.
This suite is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of NuLu but has some mobility issues. This suite is located on the first floor without any steps or stairs to get into the building! All doorways are 36" wide.
Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Out of respect for our neighbors and the other guests in the building, we ask that you be mindful of noise levels between 10 pm and 7 am.
Early Check in:
We can offer a guaranteed early check-in time at 1:00 for a $25 fee or you are welcome to reach out the day of your arrival for early check-in availability without a fee. If your suite is available we would be happy to welcome you early!
Check-out:
Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Late fees will be applied.
Late check out can be arrange for a $25 fee, based on availability.
Luggage:
We offer limited luggage storage before and after check-out. Contact us for luggage room access. Stellar Suites is not responsible for anything lost, damaged or stolen.
Smoking:
Stellar Suite is a 100% non-smoking facility (not even the vape kind). Any evidence of smoking of any kind inside Stellar Suites Boutique Hotel will result in a penalty fee. Please be mindful of shared outdoor spaces if you choose to smoke outside, and dispose of your butts appropriately.
Pets:
No pets, not even the cute ones. A $200 fee will be charged if violated.
Photography / Commercial Use:
Commercial photography and filming are prohibited on the property without prior approval from Stellar Suite Management. A $1000 fee will be charged if violated.
Housekeeping:
House cleaning service can be arranged during guests stay based on availability for $40 a day. Let us know if you would like to add this service.
Furniture and Room Furnishings:
Treat our space like you would your own home. Please do not move our furniture! Guests are responsible for any property damage and agree to pay any associated repair fees.
Candles:
For guest safety and the protection no candles or incense, please!

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, Stellar Suite reserve the right to request that the guest vacate their room.
Stellar Suites is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur while on the premises or while using our facilities. We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables.
Guests must vacate the rental promptly unless agreed upon beforehand. Late fees apply.

Building Access:
For your safety, please do not allow anyone into the building that is not a guest. Please do not share your access code with anyone who is not part of your booking. Each suite has their own unique access code, and staff members have their own codes, so no one should need to be let into the building for any reason.
Bikes:
If a bike is stolen, lost, or damaged while in your care, you will be subject to a replacement or repair fee. By using the bikes, you agree to maintain sole responsibility for the property of Stellar Suites. Stellar Suites is not liable in the event of any injury or accident incurred while using our bikes. Locks and helmets are provided for your use and we encourage you to be mindful of your surroundings and personal safety while riding. Use good judgment!
