Conveniently located next to 2 Restaurants (Clementines II and Tavern on the River both waterfront dining). Relax on the private balcony or head on up to the community rooftop deck for a game of bags and some barbeque.
The space has a bright and airy open design decked out with top of the line custom cabinets, new stylish lighting, furniture and every essential you would need to make your vacation spot feel like a home away from home.

The unit sleeps a max of 10 guests. There are two bedrooms (one is a larger master that has 2 queens and sleeps 4) the other has a queen and sleeps two. The living room has two sleeper sectionals that sleep sleep 2 each. (4 total in the living room) Laundry in unit. Shower and Tub, children's high chair/pack and play, beach chairs. Kitchen has all appliances including Keurig duo coffee maker, wide variety of dishware, glasses and utensils. Kitchen table seats 8 and bartop seats 6. Two large sectional sofas in the living room can accommodate 10. Grill on the private deck and rooftop deck. All towels and linens included.
