If you want to visit the historic places of Guadalajara, relax and go walk 6 blocks to Catedral and then continue walking to other iconic sites, such as Hospicio Cabañas, Teatro Degollado, museums.

1. The house, it is 140 years old, enjoy its high ceilings, wooden doors, and decoration details thet make a unique place in Guadalajara.

1. Neighborhood. Downtown, is the oldest part of the city, so some houses are really old, and since there are many bussiness, in the nights can be alone.
2. Parking. We do not have private parking, you can park in the street, and 3 blocks away is a private parking, where you can leave your car the night, just for 2 usd.
3. Parties. We are responsible with our neigboors, so parties are not aloud, and avoid noices after 11 pm.
