This property offers an unparalleled location for experiencing all that Nashville has to offer. Step out and walk to The Gulch, or a short ride to Downtown, Midtown, 12th Ave, and Music Row. All ensuite beds/baths, plenty of room for dining, relaxing, and unwinding. NO parties or wall decorations!
The Space:
Nashville is the hottest city to explore and I am thrilled to have a killer, brand-new town home for others to use while they enjoy and explore the city! My goal is to provide an amazing space that will make your trip to Nashville unforgettable!
This highly designed space is open and inviting, with lots of room to be comfortable. Perfect for large groups here to celebrate & make memories. With full bathrooms in each bedroom, there is plenty of room for a large group to get ready for a night out on the town!
The home offers upscale amenities such a gas range and fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, smart TVs in the living space and bedrooms, large closets, and much more. Who doesn't want to spend the evening in our spacious hot tub overlooking a stunning vista of Nashville? You can see how close you are to all the action!
*Please note that there is currently construction in the nearby neighborhood (as with most places in Nashville)! We have NO control over this!
**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture. Failure to follow this will result in a fine! We do partner with decorating companies who can decorate for your special occasion - just ask us!
**PLEASE NOTE: Please remove any snow/ice/debris from the cover of the hot tub before attempting to open! Failure will do so may result in damages.

DISCLAIMER:
-Our hot tub is serviced on Tuesdays and may be scheduled to a later date in the week, pending weather. Our serviceman must enter the house to service the hot tub on the 3rd floor, guests must allow them in to service the hot tub to keep it maintained.
-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free.
-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, this is not the home for you. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 12).
-Guests may not sit on or lean over balcony or rooftop deck railing.
-Guests must use provided handrails when using stairs.
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged.
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).
**Please note** (as with most places in Nashville) there is construction going on nearby, which may get noisy at times. We have zero control over this! Construction Activity is allowed Monday through Friday, 7 :00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No Construction Activity that requires a permit shall occur on Sundays and City Holidays. June, July, and August the time would be from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m
**There is an additional $500 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**
EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Luggage Hero or Stow Station.
Guest Access:
Guest has full access to the entire home EXCEPT any locked closets! The downstairs bedroom closet is locked for owner supplies. There is a garment rack provided w/hangers.
The Neighborhood:
The Gulch is an upscale neighborhood known for its chic hotels, high-end fashion boutiques and trendsetting restaurants. In a striking art deco building, The Frist Art Museum hosts diverse, adventurous exhibitions, as well as film screenings and lectures. Renowned bluegrass musicians take the stage at The Station Inn, a tiny club open since the 1970s, while Mercy Lounge has indie, soul and folk gigs.
