Positive: + location, 2 minutes from beach and bus stop with free trolley operation around Miami Beach + fast Wi-fi and internet + pool? didn't use it honestly + low-cost price according the location and other accommodation options + good for short stay or people who are on budget?
Negative: - apartment building was densely occupied, with little to no sound insulation - noise was from people, others air conditioning (that was the worst), etc. when I red the reviews prior booking, silence was one of the often mentions, but I checked them again and all those people were there just for one night in other rooms that I've booked - that would explain all those bad ratings with no comments - mattress was a cheap foam with bad back support especially in the middle - bike was forbidden in the apartment and in the room - I had to store bike in the shop where I have rented it and it was quite inconvenient, what I was upset most that scooters were allowed to bring in the building and rooms. Haven't seen such dumb rule before to not allow bike in the apartment - however they offered my to park bike outside building (they steal bikes a lot in the whole Miami Beach so they didn't recommend me in the bike shop since the fee for loss or theft is $1500) - the bugs live behind the wall in bathroom and they wander around apartment during the night, I was bit most of times during first half of my stay, then I get to used to it - after spending 11 nights, I would definitely not booked again due to noise, lack of relax and that no-bike in the apartment policy
