Positive: The staff is absolutely fantastic!! Jefferson and Andre plus the entire staff was amazing.
Negative: We had room #5. Only room without a view. Shower never really got hot and poor pressure. Our friend had room 11. Absolutely fantastic room. Great view, hot shower etc. and we paid the same price. Get room 11. All the other rooms had nice outside areas too. I just think I booked the wrong room. Do not get room #5.
