Située à l’entrée sud du secteur protégé de la cité médiévale, au confluent de la Saussiotte et de la rivière Armençon, cette maison offre une vue dégagée sur l’un des méandres les plus typiques de Semur-en-Auxois.
Au début du siècle dernier, la ligne Paris-Lyon-Méditerranée de la SNCF en faisait la vue principale de Semur dans ses publicités de voyage. L’office de tourisme vend d’ailleurs des reproductions de cette vue remarquable.
La maison entièrement rénovée fait 70 m2 répartis sur 3 niveaux :
Du balcon couvert, l’on accède à une pièce ouverte charmante aux poutres apparentes contenant la cuisine équipée, le salon et la salle à manger.
Vous accédez dans une cour directement de la maison par un escalier. Cela vous permet facilement de déjeuner dehors.
Par un escalier de meunier, l’on monte à la grande chambre avec charpente apparente, munie de 2 lits simples des plus confortables qui peuvent aussi faire un grand lit double (180cm) à la demande. Vous avez un bureau et une penderie.
Également, par un autre escalier de meunier, l’on descend à la seconde chambre avec lit double pour 2 personnes et à la salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne et WC.
