Ce gite atypique, paisible et douillet est une ancienne tour du 17ème siècle, entièrement restaurée, avec tout le confort moderne, d’une surface habitable de 50 m2. IL est situé dans un quartier résidentiel à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville.
Au premier niveau, vous disposez d’un salon climatisé avec espace repas et coin bureau, ainsi qu’une belle cuisine entièrement équipée, d’une salle d’eau et d’un w.-c. séparé.
A l’étage, vous trouverez une grande chambre climatisée avec un grand lit (160 x200) pour 2 personnes et un lit pour enfant.
La connexion wi fi ( fibre) est comprise.
A l’extérieur, vous pourrez disposer d’une terrasse couverte aménagée, avec une belle vue sur la forêt. (avec plancha électrique).
Un local pour vélos est à votre disposition
Nous fournissons les draps, couvertures, papier toilette, et produits d'entretien.
Le nettoyage est optionnel au tarif de 50 €.
En location le pack : un drap de bain + une serviette de toilette pour 7 € par personne.
