Positive: The apartment was spacious. I loved the large dining room table to spread out my artwork. Also having a washer and dryer was a plus so I didn't have to bring so many clothes. The WiFi signal was strong and reliable. The location was perfect for my needs.
Negative: A memory foam topper on the bed would have made it a bit more comfortable. The 3 flights of stairs to the apartment might be a bit much for some people. But it was okay for me. The dryer was a bit slow to dry but it did the job. I had to look up online how to use the stove stop since I was unfamiliar with that type of stove.
Summary: Loved the location, beautiful view, nice little market and a few good restaurants made it perfect.
