Our chalet is located in a quiet side street but still centrally in Bruck, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cinema and ski bus are all within walking distance. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the ski area of Zell am See and Schmittenhöhe can be easily reached by ski bus or just a few minutes by car.
From the two south-facing bedrooms you have a great view of the mountains, even the Kitzsteinhorn glacier can be seen from the terrace and the garden.
The top-equipped chalet has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a living room with a pull-out sofa chair and satellite TV.
A bathroom with shower and toilet is on the 1st Floor, on the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop, dining area, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and an additional satellite TV.
The house is perfect for 4 people, but there is the possibility to pull out the sofa chair in the living room for another person. It is a high-quality pull-out armchair with a continuous mattress.
Aside from snow-sure skiing (there is a 100% snow guarantee on the nearby Kitzsteinhorn glacier), the area offers plenty of action. The town of Bruck has a great, illuminated toboggan run (or you can spend a relaxing day at Tauernspa in Kaprun, 3 km away (, you can rent a horse-drawn carriage or stroll through the Alpine town of Zell am See, 3 km away. Of course, the nearby Lake Zell with its beautiful nature reserve is always worth seeing. At Christmas and New Year's Eve there is a wide range of events, Christmas markets and much more.
We have an interior design company and this is our show house. Therefore, the facility is always tip top and at the last stand. The office (on the ground floor of the house) is closed during the Christmas season. Therefore we decided to rent the house in the period. If you are still looking for a nice accommodation in a great location for your Christmas and New Year's holiday, this is definitely the right thing!
